What's New! Doylestown Location? Making changes to provide better service for our insureds! Effective April 18th, our Doylestown location and staff have been relocated to our main office located in Coopersburg, PA. The move was successful and the staff has settled in nicely at their new location! The decision to move that location was based on the answer to the question of "What more can we do for our insured's?" We can provide them with better service, better communication and more options! With this being our focal point, we decided to move the Doylestown location to the Coopersburg location where most of the staff of Sterner is already based. The staff in the Coopersburg location consists of Customer Service Reps who have been handling insurance for years and new Consultants that have been brought on board to extend their knowledge of insurance, When you call our office, you will get a human voice who can assist you. We have updated our automation to better service our insured's and we have the ability to provide you with more options when it comes to your insurance needs! You will still deal with the same friendly staff that has serviced your insurance needs since you became our customer! Give it a try! Marquiss was recruited for Sterner Insurance by the CIB Group, a new producer training firm, for her professionalism, academic and athletic achievements. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lock Haven University with a degree in Biology and held numerous state and regional titles in volleyball. Grynaviski will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Community Association Insurance Program providing Property and Casualty Insurance for Condominium, Cooperative and Homeowners Associations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Grynaviski is a graduate of Newman University (Wichita, KS) where he was an All-American shortstop on the baseball team and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management.
