Meet the Agents - Roxanne Tornetta

Roxanne was born and raised in Berks County. Currently she lives in Palm, Montgomery County with Keith, her husband with whom she has enjoyed 36 years of marriage. She has two children and two precious grandchildren, ages 10 and 6, who she enjoys visiting often at their home in the beautiful Redwoods of California.

Roxanne’s first career was in customer service for a mortgage banking industry. In 1988, she decided to make a career change and started working in the insurance business and earned her license in Property & Casualty.

In 1994, Roxanne opted to begin working for Alan Sterner when he began his business in 1994. As the Sterner Insurance Agency grew in size, so did her responsibilities as she moved from the position of handling all of the personal and commercial lines for the agency and Alan’s assistant to Vice President of the company.

“Sterner Insurance is a close-knit family type of business,” says Roxanne. “I really love how we are able to provide our clients with a personal touch while still maintaining the status of a large agency through our partnership with the Alliance. I continually look forward to working with our clients while helping the agency to grow and run smoothly.”
