Meet the Agents - Michele Fillette

Michele was born and raised near Hershey, Pennsylvania. She attended Shippensburg University where she obtained her bachelor's degree. In 1997, she moved to Northampton Township where she now lives with her husband of 14 years and their two children ages 13 and 10. Michele is an active member at her church. She accompanies teenagers on their mission trips each year building, painting, and repairing homes and churches in various areas of the country. She is also active in the youth education at church. Michele enjoys volunteering at her children's school, where she assists with many PTO activities and fundraisers.

Michele began working in the insurance marketing field in 1997 for Allstate Insurance. While working for Allstate, Michele obtained her Property and Casualty License and then transferred to her job as an Insurance Producer for Allstate. Michele continued working for Allstate as a Producer until 2000. While she enjoyed her job as a Producer, Michele found that representing only one company limited what she was able to offer to her customers.

In 2000, Michele accepted a job as an Insurance Producer for a small independent agency in Northampton Township. She found that having several companies with which to work lead to many more opportunities for her customers. When the opportunity arose in 2004 to work for Sterner Insurance, where even more companies were available for her customers, Michele excitedly made the switch to employment as a Personal Lines Sales Associate with Sterner Insurance. Here, she has the opportunity to learn and grow every day with a leading agency in the insurance industry. "I am committed to guiding my customers toward the best situation for their insurance needs, and I will work with each customer until they are completely satisfied. I am confident, with so many companies to choose from, that I am able to provide everyone with top rated, competitive, and reliable insurance coverage no matter what their situation is. I enjoy helping people feel safe and secure in their insurance needs and giving them the peace of mind which they deserve."
