Meet the Agents - John David

John was born and raised in Upper Bucks County. He now lives with his wife and daughter in Bethlehem, PA. He is a graduate of Pennridge High School and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics / Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silverman College of Business in 1990.

John began his insurance career in 1991 with a small independent insurance agency. He has since gone on to receive his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1996 and his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters designation in 1999 He went on to run an Allstate agency for 5 years. In those five years he was an “Honor Ring Agent” for 4 years.

John joined Sterner Insurance in 2001. John and Alan Sterner are long time friends and it was the ideal situation for both John and the agency. Since joining Sterner, John’s focus has been insuring local business. His background allows him to find the specific needs of his clients and offer them the insurance protection they need. In addition to commercial insurance, John also takes care of his customer’s benefits and personal insurance needs.
