Meet the Agents - Heather Tornetta

Heather was born and raised in Montgomery County. She currently lives in Berks County with her husband of 23 years her two children - a 20 year-old daughter and a 16 year-old son.

In 1987, Heather began working as an office clerk for a local insurance and real estate office, where she was responsible for various office duties. In 1996, she decided to take some time off from the workforce to spend more time with her family and care for her children.

In January 2004, Heather accepted a position at the Sterner Insurance Agency as a part-time bookkeeper with general clerical responsibilities.

“Sterner Insurance is a great place to work,” says Heather. “It is a privilege to work for a truly professional agency, yet still be able to provide that personal touch for each and every customer that we serve.”
