Meet the Agents - Dori Bahner

Dori was born and raised as an “Air Force BRAT” (and proud of it), not really having a single place to call home, but well traveled in the US and Europe. In 1983 the Northern Lehigh Valley became home. She has a son and daughter, ages 17 & 18. Dori enjoys working, traveling, bowling, playing games with family and friends, and collecting “ZIGGY”.

Dori began her insurance career working as a file clerk for the Home Insurance Company in Allentown in 1983 and worked her way to Personal Lines Rater/Underwriting Assistant. She began training in Commercial Rating before accepting a position at an agency a little closer to home as a Customer Service Representative.

She received her P&C and Life licenses in 1986 and began to pursue her CIC designation. In 1988 she joined the staff of Business Insurance Specialists and worked as the agency bookkeeper and Customer Service Agent. She currently holds the CISR designation.
