Bobbie Sue was born and raised in Bucks County. She now lives in Northampton County with her husband of 9 years. After high school, she went to work in a fast paced retail company. When she started with the company there were 17 employees and the day that she left, there were 65 employees. She helped that company grow for 12 years.

She has 12+ years of experience with customer service. She was the Operations Manager of the retail company when she left to pursue a new career in the insurance industry. She managed 13 installers, 2 administrative assistants and she was the customer contact for the store.

She began in the insurance field in January 2001. She started her new adventure representing Allstate Insurance. Since then she helped the company become part of Sterner Insurance, an independent agency that now represents 60 different companies and all aspects of insurance. ”I joined the insurance industry to expand my customer service abilities and to learn a new trade. It has been an incredible experience so far and every day I continue to learn” says Bobbie Sue, “I look forward to working with you and I will make it my personal responsibility to make sure you receive prompt, professional service; thus insuring the benefits as a one-stop shop.”

In her free time, Bobbie Sue enjoys playing Roller Derby for the Lehigh Valley Roller Girls, outdoor activities such as camping and riding her Harley.
