The agents of Sterner Insurance are independent agents. As independent agents we do not work for any one insurance company, but instead represent you, our clients. We offer coverage through many select companies. This allows us to focus on providing you with the proper protection and coverage to meet your needs.

Our experts specialize in Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Life Insurance and Estate Planning. We have a staff of licensed agents to assist you in most areas of your financial life.

Our primary market is Pennsylvania but we are licensed to do business in many other states and have the ability to place insurance around the world for global clients.

Sterner Insurance purchased Conte Insurance Agency in Doylestown back in December of 2005. In May of 2006, Sterner Insurance purchased Business Insurance Solutions located in Lehighton, PA. These mergers have brought more capability to all three agencies. In addition to expanding our marketing areas, we have opened up ourselves to a variety of companies that we didn’t have access to prior to the merger.
